Michael Romero is a professor of business and economics at Thales College. He was previously an associate program director for Academic & Student Programs and a research fellow for the F. A. Hayek Program for Advanced Study in Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He earned a PhD in Economics and an MA in Economics from George Mason University as well as a BA in Economics from University of California, Santa Barbara. His research is largely based in Austrian economics with a particular interest in better understanding the significance of culture and knowledge in our world.
